Title: Confused Man at The Door

We bought a new house and the day we moved in there was a knock on the door. Susan went to answer it and it was some guy trying to sell something, so I went over and asked him "Can you read?!?" He said "yes", so I asked if anyone with one of these signs (pointing to the sign in the door) had ever bought something from him, and he looked confused and said "yes"? I told him we wouldn't buy anything and to get moving. Near the end of the driveway, he looked back and said "I hardly think AA is...", but I didn't hear the rest because I went inside. A few minutes later it occurred to me that we were in a new house and that I hadn't put up the "No Soliciting" sign yet, so the sign on the door must've been from the previous owners. I checked it and it said: "No Burglars or Murderers".
