Title: Booger Shots

I was with my friend Steve in a bar. It was an English-style pub with waitresses in kilts and really nice wooden antique tables. We were looking at the drink menu and it had all the usuals: beer on tap, scotch, and then another section for a different kind of drink. (I wish I could remember the name, but I can't). There were 4 variations of the drink, displayed in 2 rows of 2 columns. When the waitress came over, Steve asked what that drink was, and she said "Oh, it's a traditional Welsh drink... you wouldn't like it". Steve looked at me, and then said "Well, what's in it? We might like it". The waitress sighed slightly and responded with "It's a shot of scotch, with a dash of beer, and a booger floating at the top". Steve and I laughed a bit while the waitress rolled her eyes. Sort of sarcastically, I asked "So, is the booger guaranteed to be free of all viruses?" Then she told us that they were special boogers. They were produced by a commune of 10 men that lived in Northern Scotland, and due to tradition, these were the only boogers that could be used in these drinks. Steve decided he was going to risk trying one, and asked about the differences. The menu looked like sort of like this... (there were some sort of logos where I put "Style" and "Type"):
